Sofitel Beirut Le Gabriel Hotel

I stayed in a lovely hotel located in a well-known street close to the national museum. The room was elegant and had Lanvin amenities. The staff were incredibly sweet and went out of their way to help. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and there was even an Ala Carte menu to choose from. The hotel also had a spa and a small covered swimming pool to enjoy.

During our stay at Sofitel Beirut Le Gabriel, we were impressed with the attention to detail and great service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was efficient, and they even accommodated our request for a late check-out. The hotel has a spa and a small covered swimming pool, although we didn't have the chance to try them. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The rooms were elegant and well-appointed, with Lanvin amenities and a pillow menu. The hotel also provided daily make-up and turn-down service, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Despite a small wardrobe with limited hangers, the overall experience was fantastic. The outlet options in the room were convenient, and the view from our room of the sea was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The boutique hotel is chic and quiet. The staff are attentive and helpful, providing thorough explanations upon check-in and anticipating questions. The fast check-in process and accommodating late check-out were fantastic. The buffet breakfast was delicious and served until 11am. The elegant rooms come with Lanvin amenities and daily make up and turn down service. The presence of English and European electricity outlets in the rooms was convenient.

Nothing not to love.

Cleanliness: The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spotless. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good variety of croissants and bread rolls, with delicious options to choose from. Staff: The staff were amazing, very polite, friendly, and accommodating in all my needs as a guest. Location: The hotel is situated in a small cozy place, away from the main street but still close to all the landmarks, including the ABC mall.

Not obvious to find: The hotel may be a bit difficult to find initially.

the exclusive amenities that were provided were beyond expectation. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, steam room and heated swimming pool were exceptional and fulfilled all our needs. the room advantages were a big plus, especially the private facilities that were just extraordinary.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of outdoor facilities for dining and lounging, which made us feel a bit confined. the staff was accommodating in finding us an alternative outdoor dining area nearby.

The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to cafes and a mall nearby.

The check-out experience was extremely disappointing. the front office team member we interacted with, Vanessa, was unpleasant and showed arrogance.
